Your benefit book or a Benefits Agency letter (for Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance - your signing on book alone is not sufficient). |
Evidence of any other state benefits you receive (e.g. Disability Allowance. Child Tax Credit, working Tax Credit).
Evidence of any other income (child benefit, pension etc.)
Evidence of savings or investments (if any), for instance share or insurance policies.
Details of any childcare costs you have due to working. | Housing cost details - mortgage costs (including endowment or other premiums) or rent.
If you are self-employed, your last tax bill or return.
Your last month's bank statement.
Your last month's salary or wage slip(s).
